Every community is unique. Crafting bespoke offerings for organisations, and the communities they work with, is what I enjoy most about this work. I support organisations and communities navigating complex social challenges to design and evaluate approaches that are aligned, accountable, and grounded in community wisdom. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach, and often what your organisation actually needs is different from what you originally thought.
Designing Social Impact Strategy
Having a clear articulation of your impact can make the difference both in ensuring you are setting out on a strong impact path, but also in securing funds to do so.
Each organisation is at a different stage of their impact journey – you may be looking to lead your organisation through the planning process, wanting to build greater values alignment across organisational silos, or simply need some feedback on your frameworks.
Facilitating Community Engagement & Dialogue
Navigating complex issues is complex enough, add in competing stakeholder agendas and sometimes it’s helpful to have a skilled voice to help navigate conversations. Adopting a relationally responsive approach, my facilitation work includes:

Building Evaluation Capability
You know your community best! All organisations have the ability to undertake their own impact evaluation, you just need the right skills and tools to do so. I have designed and delivered training modules across sectors, equipping teams with the skills and tools needed to understand, evaluate and articulate their impact. I offer training in:

Speaking & Thought Leadership
Comfortable in front of a crowd (both in-person and online), I have delivered keynotes on a range of topics including:
